How Loyalty Levels Work
The more you play, the higher the loyalty level you achieve and the bigger rewards you earn.
An average of the Loyalty Level Points that you earned between 31–60 days ago will drop off of your account daily and will be replaced by whatever points you earn on that day!
Also, keep in mind that every Loyalty Level Point you earn is entirely yours for 30 days.
How Tiers Work
Once you achieve a Tier Level, you keep it, along with all its fantastic benefits, for the rest of the current earning period PLUS the entire next earning period!
While your Loyalty levels may vary during earning periods, your tier remains fixed.
Tier earning periods
run from
January 1st to June 30th
and from
July 1st to December 31st
Tier Points are earned at the same rate as Loyalty Level Points and Bonus Store Points
